Georgia High School Baseball - Etowah defeats Sequoyah
February 18, 2017: Woodstock, GA 30189 Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Etowah Eagles (Woodstock, GA) and the visiting Sequoyah Chiefs (Canton, GA), saw Etowah's baseball squad knock off Sequoyah by a count of 11-6.
Coming up next, the Eagles play the Collins Hill Eagles (Suwanee, GA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, February 20. Etowah will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 2-1 record after their 6-1 league win over Mount Paran Christian (Kennesaw, GA).
The Chiefs now possess a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Cass for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 23. Sequoyah will play a Colonels squad coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Sonoraville (Calhoun, GA). The Colonels record now stands at 4-0.
