Hanford Bullpups (Hanford, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Central Grizzlies (Fresno, CA), 54-41 in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Bullpups meet the Bakersfield Drillers (Bakersfield, CA) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, February 26. Hanford will attempt to better on its 21-8 season record. The Drillers enter the match with a 27-2 record after their 59-34 non-league win over Edison (Fresno, CA).

With the defeat, Central moves to 13-16 on the year.
