The John A. Holmes Aces basketball team scored 69 points and held the host South Creek Cougars to 29 in the Aces non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Aces now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bear Grass Charter for a non-league contest on Friday, December 28. John A. Holmes will battle a Bears team coming off a 61-49 non-league loss to Camden County (Camden, NC). The Bears record now stands at 3-3.
