North Carolina High School Basketball - East Duplin can't hold off James Kenan
February 6, 2018: Warsaw, NC 28398 The James Kenan Tigers basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting East Duplin Panthers to 51 in the Tigers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wallace-Rose Hill for a contest on Thursday, February 8. James Kenan will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 69-36 league win over Midway (Dunn, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-8.
The Panthers (11-6) will now prepare for their contest against Clinton (Clinton, NC). The Dark Horses enter the contest with a 8-10 record. In their last contest, Clinton was nudged by Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC), 62-53, in a league contest.
