September 23, 2011: Mead, WA 99021 The Mead Panthers football squad scored 48 points and restricted the host Mt. Spokane Wildcats to 24 in the Panthers league victory on Friday.
The Panthers now possess a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shadle Park for a 3A/4A Greater Spokane battle on Friday, September 30. Mead will face a Highlanders squad coming off a 17-10 league loss to North Central (Spokane, WA). The Highlanders record now stands at 0-4.
Coming up next, the Wildcats face the University Titans (Spokane, WA) in a 3A/4A Greater Spokane battle, on Thursday, September 29. Mt. Spokane will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record.
