California High School Football - Leuzinger felled by Peninsula

September 28, 2018: Lawndale, CA 90260

The Leuzinger Olympians football team (Lawndale, CA), was beaten 19-6 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Peninsula Panthers (Rolling Hills Estates, CA)

The Panthers (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Mira Costa (Manhattan Beach, CA). The Mustangs come into the Bay challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Mira Costa was beaten by Palos Verdes (Palos Verdes Estates, CA), 42-18, in a league challenge.

The Olympians now sport a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Redondo Union for a Bay challenge on Friday, October 5. Leuzinger will meet a Sea Hawks team coming off a 48-0 league win over Centennial (Compton, CA). The Sea Hawks record now stands at 3-3.
