Arizona High School Basketball - South Mountain trounced by Desert Edge

The Desert Edge Scorpions routed the host South Mountain Jaguars basketball team by a final score of 65-38 in Wednesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Scorpions face the Agua Fria Owls (Avondale, AZ) in a non-league game, on Thursday, December 1. Desert Edge will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Owls enter the game with a 3-2 record after their 76-59 non-league win over Yuma (Yuma, AZ).

With the defeat, South Mountain moves to 2-3 on the year. The Jaguars host North (Phoenix, AZ) to face the Mustangs in a non-league game on Thursday, December 1. The Mustangs enter the game with a record of 3-2. North won 72-67 in their recent non-league game against Mountain Ridge (Glendale, AZ)
