New York High School Basketball - Tupper Lake knocked off by Norwood-Norfolk
December 13, 2018: Tupper Lake, NY 12986 The Norwood-Norfolk Flyers basketball team scored 70 points and held the host Tupper Lake Lumberjacks to 51 in the Flyers league triumph on Thursday.
The Flyers now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Regis Falls for a Section 10 East contest on Monday, December 17. Norwood-Norfolk will battle a Saints team coming off a 80-42 league loss to Brushton-Moira (Brushton, NY). The Saints record now stands at 1-2.
The Lumberjacks (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Salmon River (Fort Covington, NY). The Shamrocks enter the non-league contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Salmon River was defeated by Massena (Massena, NY), 59-52, in a league contest.
