In Thursday's non-league outing, the Adams Central Patriots (Hastings, NE) basketball squad beat the host Central City Bison (Central City, NE), by a count of 72-64.

The Patriots (12-3) will now prepare for their outing against Grand Island Central Catholic (Grand Island, NE). The Crusaders go into the C1 District 9 outing with a 14-2 record. In their last outing, Grand Island Central Catholic defeated Centura (Cairo, NE), 67-18, in a non-league outing.
