Wawasee Warriors (Syracuse, IN) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad overcome the host Warsaw Tigers (Warsaw, IN), 60-41 in a league bout.

With the victory, Wawasee upgrades its record to 9-0 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Oak Hill (Converse, IN) to battle the Golden Eagles in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 29. The Golden Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 10-0. Oak Hill won 76-23 in their recent league challenge against Frankton (Frankton, IN)

Next up, the Tigers battle the Hagerstown Tigers (Hagerstown, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 1. Warsaw will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record.
