The Alcorn Central Bears topped the host Water Valley Blue Devils volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Bears now have a 16-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Belmont for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 20. Alcorn Central will battle a Cardinals squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Senatobia (Senatobia, MS). The Cardinals record now stands at 20-3.

With the loss, Water Valley drops to 2-7 on the campaign.
