Spectators at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions (Glendale, AZ) and the visiting Gilbert Tigers (Gilbert, AZ), saw Mountain Ridge's baseball squad edge Gilbert by a margin of 5-4.

Coming up next, the Mountain Lions play the Queen Creek Bulldogs (Queen Creek, AZ) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, March 22. Mountain Ridge will attempt to better on its 8-0 season record.
