The South Plaquemines Hurricanes baseball team (Buras, LA), was overwhelmed 14-3 in Thursday's non-league outing with the visiting Lusher Lions (New Orleans, LA)

The Lions now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 26.
