Massachusetts High School Lacrosse - Watertown holds off Woburn Memorial
May 10, 2019: Watertown, MA 02472 The Watertown Red Raiders tipped the visiting Woburn Memorial Tanners lacrosse team by a score of 10-9 in Friday's league outing.
With the win, Watertown upgrades its record to 5-6 on the season. The Red Raiders travel to Melrose (Melrose, MA) to battle the Red Raiders in a Middlesex outing on Monday, May 13. The Red Raiders go into the outing with a record of 8-4. Melrose lost 11-7 in their recent league outing against Winchester (Winchester, MA)
With the defeat, Woburn Memorial drops to 3-9 on the year. The Tanners travel to St. Mary's (Lynn, MA) to meet the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 11. The Spartans enter the challenge with a record of 11-1. St. Mary's won 15-4 in their recent league challenge against Arlington Catholic (Arlington, MA)
