The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Covington Trojans (Covington, IN) and the host Blue River Valley Vikings (Mt. Summit, IN), saw Covington's volleyball squad beat Blue River Valley by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Covington upgrades its record to 27-7 on the year. The Trojans travel to Lafayette Central Catholic (Lafayette, IN) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 20. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 31-0. Lafayette Central Catholic won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Northfield (Wabash, IN)

The Vikings now own a 15-12 record.
