The Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls basketball team (Harrisburg, NC), was nudged 58-57 in Friday's league battle with the host David W. Butler Bulldogs (Matthews, NC)

The Bulldogs now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Garinger for a Southwestern 4A battle on Tuesday, February 16. David W. Butler will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 67-21 league loss to Independence (Charlotte, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-5.
