Mullen Mustangs (Denver, CO) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Overland Trailblazers (Aurora, CO), 53-13 in a league bout.

With the victory, Mullen upgrades its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Colorado Academy (Denver, CO) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 3. The Mustangs come into the bout with a record of 0-3.

Next up, the Trailblazers play the Eaglecrest Raptors (Centennial, CO) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 4. Overland will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
