Alabama High School Basketball - Graceville crushes Houston County
January 24, 2019: Columbia, AL 36319 Graceville Tigers (Graceville, FL) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Houston County Lions (Columbia, AL), 57-34 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Graceville upgrades its record to 7-16 on the campaign. The Tigers host Poplar Springs (Graceville, FL) to play the Atomics in a non-league bout on Friday, February 1. The Atomics come into the bout with a record of 13-8.
Next up, the Lions play the Slocomb Red Tops (Slocomb, AL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 25. Houston County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record. The Red Tops come into the bout with a 15-7 record after their 63-25 league loss to Geneva (Geneva, AL).
