Texas High School Basketball - Fulshear holds off Needville

January 25, 2019: Fulshear, TX 77441

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Fulshear Chargers (Fulshear, TX) and the visiting Needville Bluejays (Needville, TX), saw Fulshear's basketball squad hold off Needville by a tally of 37-31.

With the victory, Fulshear improves its record to 6-19 on the campaign. The Chargers host Sealy (Sealy, TX) to confront the Tigers in a 4A Region IV District 25 challenge on Friday, February 1. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 9-21.

Next up, the Bluejays confront the Stafford Spartans (Stafford, TX) in a 4A Region IV District 25 challenge, on Tuesday, January 29. Needville will attempt to improve on its 7-19 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 13-10 record after their 42-40 league win over Fulshear (Fulshear, TX).
