The Milan Indians basketball team scored 43 points and held the visiting Edinburgh Lancers to 39 in the Indians non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Indians now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rising Sun for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 15. Milan will meet a Shiners team coming off a 57-43 non-league loss to Trinity Lutheran (Seymour, IN). The Shiners record now stands at 1-8.

The Lancers (4-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Hauser (Hope, IN). The Jets come into the Mid-Hoosier challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Hauser nipped South Decatur (Greensburg, IN), 42-38, in a league challenge.
