California High School Football - St. Paul smashes Banning

August 29, 2019: Wilmington, CA 90744

The St. Paul Swordsmen (Santa Fe Springs, CA) football routed the host Banning Pilots (Wilmington, CA), 40-7 in Thursday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Swordsmen face the Narbonne Gauchos (Harbor City, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, August 31. St. Paul will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Gauchos enter the bout with a 1-0 record after their 32-7 non-league win over Buchanan (Clovis, CA).

The Pilots (0-2) will now prepare for their bout against Dominguez (Compton, CA). The Dons enter the non-league bout with a 2-0 record. In their last bout, Dominguez walloped Centennial (Compton, CA), 56-8, in a non-league bout.
