The City View Mustangs basketball team scored 70 points and held the host Huckabay Indians to 43 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Friday.

The Mustangs now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Vernon for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 11. City View will meet a Lions team coming off a 52-46 non-league win over Quanah (Quanah, TX). The Lions record now stands at 1-2.

The Indians (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Zephyr (Zephyr, TX). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Zephyr triumphed over Cornerstone Christian (San Angelo, TX), 39-32, in a non-league contest.
