DeSoto Eagles (DeSoto, TX) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Dunbar Wildcats (Fort Worth, TX), 11-2 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Eagles face the Sunset Bison (Dallas, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 7. DeSoto will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Bison enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Molina (Dallas, TX).

The Wildcats now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Graham for a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 19.
