The Macon County Bulldogs basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Taylor County Vikings to 39 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Friday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Peach County for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 21. Macon County will battle a Trojans team coming off a 60-41 league win over Kendrick (Columbus, GA). The Trojans record now stands at 14-3.

The Vikings (13-5) will now prepare for their contest against Crawford County (Roberta, GA). The Eagles enter the A Region 4 contest with a 4-15 record. In their last contest, Crawford County was defeated by Dooly County (Vienna, GA), 69-44, in a league contest.
