In Friday's league game, the Saguaro Sabercats (Scottsdale, AZ) football team smashed the visiting Paradise Valley Trojans (Phoenix, AZ), by a score of 63-20.

The Sabercats (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Thunderbird (Phoenix, AZ). The Chiefs come into the III Section III game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Thunderbird overwhelmed Desert Edge (Goodyear, AZ), 27-10, in a league game.
