Utah High School Basketball - East crushes Maple Mountain
November 30, 2018: Spanish Fork, UT 84040 East Leopards (Salt Lake City, UT) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Maple Mountain Golden Eagles (Spanish Fork, UT), 48-25 in a non-league bout.
With the win, East upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Leopards travel to Herriman (West Herriman, UT) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 4. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Herriman won 46-38 in their recent non-league bout against Highland (Salt Lake City, UT)
Next up, the Golden Eagles play the Corner Canyon Chargers (Draper, UT) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 4. Maple Mountain will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Chargers go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 61-47 non-league loss to Bonita Vista (Chula Vista, CA).
