New York High School Basketball - Wellsville ripped by Atholton
December 28, 2018: Wellsville, NY 14895 The Atholton Raiders basketball team scored 69 points and held the host Wellsville Lions to 31 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Friday.
The Raiders now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newfield for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 29. Atholton will battle a Trojans team coming off a 68-50 non-league loss to Johnson City (Johnson City, NY). The Trojans record now stands at 6-2.
The Lions (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Johnson City (Johnson City, NY). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Johnson City triumphed over Newfield (Newfield, NY), 68-50, in a non-league contest.
