Spectators at Wednesday's league battle between the Homer-Center Wildcats (Homer City, PA) and the visiting Blairsville Bobcats (Blairsville, PA), saw Homer-Center's baseball squad knock off Blairsville by a count of 6-4.

Coming up next, the Wildcats play the United Lions (Armagh, PA) in a Heritage battle, on Friday, May 3. Homer-Center will attempt to move on its 9-5 season record. The Lions enter the battle with a 6-6 record after their 11-9 non-league loss to Cambria Heights (Patton, PA).
