Washington High School Football - Mount Tahoma succumbs to River Ridge

September 6, 2018: Lacey, WA 98513

The River Ridge Hawks thwarted the visiting Mount Tahoma T-Birds football team by a count of 41-13 in Thursday's non-league outing.

With the win, River Ridge upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Hawks travel to Steilacoom (Steilacoom, WA) to confront the Sentinels in a 2A South Puget Sound - Sound outing on Friday, September 14. The Sentinels go into the outing with a record of 2-0. Steilacoom won 44-14 in their recent league outing against Orting (Orting, WA)

With the loss, Mount Tahoma moves to 0-2 on the season. The T-birds host Lakes (Lakewood, WA) to confront the Lancers in a 3A Pierce County outing on Friday, September 14. The Lancers go into the outing with a record of 0-2. Lakes lost 30-23 in their recent non-league outing against Central Kitsap (Silverdale, WA)
