The Sundown Roughnecks walloped the visiting Post Antelopes football team by a final score of 42-7 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Sundown improves its record to 7-1 on the season. The Roughnecks host Olton (Olton, TX) to confront the Mustangs in a 2A-1 Region I District 2 outing on Friday, November 2. The Mustangs go into the outing with a record of 3-5. Olton lost 42-14 in their recent league outing against Floydada (Floydada, TX)

With the loss, Post moves to 4-4 on the season. The Antelopes host New Deal (New Deal, TX) to confront the Lions in a 2A-1 Region I District 2 outing on Friday, November 2. The Lions go into the outing with a record of 8-0. New Deal won 63-0 in their recent league outing against Hale Center (Hale Center, TX)
