North Carolina High School Basketball - East Montgomery holds off South Stanly
November 30, 2018: Biscoe, NC 27209 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the East Montgomery Eagles (Biscoe, NC) and the visiting South Stanly Rowdy Rebel Bulls (Norwood, NC), saw East Montgomery's basketball squad hold off South Stanly by a tally of 56-55.
With the victory, East Montgomery improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Eagles host Eastern Randolph (Ramseur, NC) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 4. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Eastern Randolph won 63-49 in their recent non-league challenge against Asheboro (Asheboro, NC)
Next up, the Rowdy Rebel Bulls confront the West Stanly Colts (Oakboro, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 4. South Stanly will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
