Kansas High School Basketball - Sterling knocked off by Sunrise Christian Academy
December 6, 2018: Sterling, KS 67579 The Sunrise Christian Academy Buffaloes basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Sterling Black Bears to 37 in the Buffaloes non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Buffaloes now sport a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Classical for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 11. Sunrise Christian Academy will meet a Saints team coming off a 30-19 non-league loss to Herington (Herington, KS). The Saints record now stands at 0-4.
The Black Bears (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Kingman (Kingman, KS). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Kingman was outscored by Sunrise Christian Academy (Bel Aire, KS), 46-24, in a non-league contest.
