The North Canyon Rattlers basketball team (Phoenix, AZ), was toppled 52-33 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Morenci Wildcats (Morenci, AZ)

The Wildcats now possess a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Silver for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 4. Morenci will confront a Fighting Colts team coming off a 51-21 non-league loss to Mayfield (Las Cruces, NM). The Fighting Colts record now stands at 2-11.

The Rattlers (9-7) will now prepare for their battle against Willow Canyon (Surprise, AZ). The Wildcats come into the 5A Central battle with a 3-5 record.
