Kentucky High School Basketball - Calloway County topples McLean County
December 1, 2018: Murray, KY 42071 In Saturday's league outing, the Calloway County Lakers (Murray, KY) basketball squad beat the visiting McLean County Cougars (Calhoun, KY), by a count of 46-28.
The Lakers (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Graves County (Mayfield, KY). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 2-0 record.
The Cougars now hold a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Owensboro for a District 9 outing on Monday, December 3. McLean County will clash with a Red Devils squad coming off a 61-7 non-league win over Fort Campbell (Fort Campbell, KY). The Red Devils record now stands at 2-0.
