North Carolina High School Basketball - West Charlotte knocked off by Zebulon B. Vance

The Zebulon B. Vance Cougars basketball team scored 65 points and held the host West Charlotte Lions to 55 in the Cougars league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cougars now sport a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lake Norman for a I-Meck 4A contest on Friday, February 2. Zebulon B. Vance will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 66-63 league win over West Charlotte (Charlotte, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 13-8.

The Lions (14-7) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC). The Wildcats enter the I-Meck 4A contest with a 12-8 record. In their last contest, Lake Norman ran past Mooresville (Mooresville, NC), 69-56, in a league contest.
