Nebraska High School Basketball - Peetz crushes Leyton
December 6, 2018: Dalton, NE 69131 Peetz Bulldogs (Peetz, CO) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Leyton Warriors (Dalton, NE), 60-34 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Peetz upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Haxtun (Haxtun, CO) to play the Fightin' Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 11. The Fightin' Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 1-1.
Next up, the Warriors play the South Platte Blue Knights (Big Springs, NE) in a D2 District 11 bout, on Friday, December 7. Leyton will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Blue Knights come into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 45-41 league loss to Minatare (Minatare, NE).
