In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Sahuaro Cougars baseball team scored a nice 14-3 victory over the Vista Grande Spartans.

The Cougars (4-1) will now prepare for their game against Catalina Foothills (Tucson, AZ). The Falcons go into the II Section I game with a 4-1 record.

The Spartans (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Chino Valley (Chino Valley, AZ). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.
