September 4, 2013: Denver, NC 28037 North Lincoln Knights (Denver, NC) supporters were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host East Lincoln Mustangs (Denver, NC), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Knights confront the South Iredell Vikings (Statesville, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 9. North Lincoln will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Vikings enter the challenge with a 6-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Bandys (Catawba, NC).
The Mustangs now possess a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they host Newton-Conover for a non-league challenge on Monday, September 9. East Lincoln will confront a Red Devils team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Foard (Newton, NC). The Red Devils record now stands at 0-4.
