North Carolina High School Basketball - East Bladen crushes Red Springs

December 11, 2018: Elizabethtown, NC 28337

East Bladen Eagles (Elizabethtown, NC) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Red Springs Red Devils (Red Springs, NC), 78-27 in a league bout.

With the victory, East Bladen upgrades its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to West Columbus (Cerro Gordo, NC) to play the Vikings in a Three Rivers 1A/2A bout on Friday, December 14. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 3-3. West Columbus won 41-39 in their recent league bout against South Columbus (Tabor City, NC)

Next up, the Red Devils play the East Columbus Gators (Lake Waccamaw, NC) in a Three Rivers 1A/2A bout, on Friday, December 14. Red Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Gators come into the bout with a 1-5 record after their 39-24 league loss to West Bladen (Bladenboro, NC).
