The Independence Patriots (Charlotte, NC) lacrosse the host South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC), 13-9 in Monday's non-league outing.

With the win, Independence upgrades its record to 7-6 on the season. The Patriots travel to Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC) to battle the Knights in a non-league outing on Wednesday, April 24. The Knights go into the outing with a record of 10-4. Ardrey Kell won 16-4 in their recent league outing against David W. Butler (Matthews, NC)

With the defeat, South Mecklenburg drops to 4-11 on the season. The Sabres travel to Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC) to battle the Knights in a non-league outing on Wednesday, April 24. The Knights go into the outing with a record of 7-6. Lake Norman Charter won 22-4 in their recent non-league outing against Community School of Davidson (Davidson, NC)
