Nebraska High School Basketball - Madison knocked off by Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family
January 23, 2020: Humphrey, NE 68642 The Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Madison Dragons to 40 in the non-league triumph on Thursday.
The now sport a 15-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bancroft-Rosalie/Lyons-Decatur Northeast for a C2 District 4 contest on Friday, January 24. Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family will battle a Wolverines team coming off a 81-56 non-league win over Wakefield/Allen (Wakefield, NE). The Wolverines record now stands at 14-1.
The Dragons (5-11) will now prepare for their outing against Pender (Pender, NE). The Pendragons go into the non-league outing with a 10-7 record. In their last outing, Pender defeated Howells-Dodge (Howells, NE), 44-29, in a non-league outing.
