Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Centennial Huskies (Corona, CA) and the host Desert Pines Jaguars (Las Vegas, NV), saw Centennial's basketball squad hold off Desert Pines by a tally of 63-59.

With the victory, Centennial improves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Bingham (South Jordan, UT) to confront the Miners in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 17. The Miners come into the challenge with a record of 5-1. Bingham won 61-56 in their recent non-league challenge against Westchester (Los Angeles, CA)

Next up, the Jaguars confront the Long Beach Poly Jackrabbits (Long Beach, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 18. Desert Pines will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Jackrabbits come into the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 53-40 non-league loss to Bishop O'Connell (Arlington, VA).
