May 4, 2022: Hopkins, SC 29061 Spectators at Wednesday's non-league match between the Seneca Bobcats (Seneca, SC) and the host Lower Richland Diamond Hornets (Hopkins, SC), witnessed Seneca's softball squad prevail over Lower Richland by a count of 21-0.
The Bobcats now sport a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Chapman for a non-league match on Friday, May 6. Seneca will face a Panthers squad coming off a 10-2 non-league win over Blue Ridge (Greer, SC). The Panthers record now stands at 17-8.
With the loss, Lower Richland moves to 1-8 on the season. The Diamond hornets travel to Blue Ridge (Greer, SC) to face the Fighting Tigers in a non-league match on Thursday, May 5. The Fighting Tigers go into the match with a record of 10-9. Blue Ridge lost 10-2 in their recent non-league match against Chapman (Inman, SC)
