January 3, 2018: Livingston, NJ 07039 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Newark Academy Minutemen (Livingston, NJ) and the visiting Montclair Mounties (Montclair, NJ), saw Newark Academy's basketball squad overcome Montclair by a tally of 50-41.
With the victory, Newark Academy improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Minutemen travel to Arts (Newark, NJ) to confront the Jaguars in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 5. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a record of 4-2. Arts won 55-24 in their recent non-league challenge against Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NJ)
Next up, the Mounties confront the Summit Hilltoppers (Summit, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 6. Montclair will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record.
