In Friday's non-league match, the host South Central Satellites football squad scored a good 35-22 victory over the River Forest Ingots.

In their next game, the Satellites clash with the Wheeler Bearcats (Valparaiso, IN) in a Greater South Shore - South match, on Friday, September 21. South Central will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Bearcats enter the match with a 2-2 record after their 53-17 league loss to Griffith (Griffith, IN).
