Ohio High School Football - Walnut Ridge trounces Beechcroft

September 7, 2018: Columbus, OH 43229

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Walnut Ridge Scots football squad scored a big 41-6 victory over the Beechcroft Cougars.

In their next game, the Scots clash with the West Cowboys (Columbus, OH) in a Columbus City - South match, on Friday, September 14. Walnut Ridge will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Cowboys enter the match with a 0-3 record after their 40-6 non-league loss to East (Columbus, OH).

The Cougars (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Mifflin (Columbus, OH). The Punchers enter the Columbus City - North match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Mifflin was crushed by Harvest Prep (Canal Winchester, OH), 52-14, in a non-league match.
