September 2, 2016: La Plata, MD 20646 Chopticon Braves (Morganza, MD) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team run past the host La Plata Warriors (La Plata, MD), 41-21 in a league test.
With the win, Chopticon improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Braves host Stone (Waldorf, MD) to confront the Cougars in a Southern Maryland test on Friday, September 9. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 0-1. Stone lost 41-18 in their recent league test against North Point (Waldorf, MD)
With the loss, La Plata moves to 0-1 on the season. The Warriors travel to Leonardtown (Leonardtown, MD) to confront the Raiders in a Southern Maryland test on Friday, September 9. The Raiders go into the test with a record of 0-1. Leonardtown lost 39-0 in their recent league test against Lackey (Indian Head, MD)
