In Friday's non-league game, the Downingtown East Cougars (Exton, PA) football team were victorious over the host Unionville Indians (Kennett Square, PA), by a score of 47-16.

The Cougars (8-1) will now prepare for their game against Coatesville (Coatesville, PA). The Red Raiders come into the Ches-Mont - National game with a 9-0 record. In their last game, Coatesville knocked off Avon Grove (West Grove, PA), 42-0, in a league game.
