The Fivay Falcons basketball team scored 78 points and restricted the visiting River Ridge Royal Knights to 69 in the Falcons league victory on Wednesday.

The Falcons now sport a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pasco for a 6A District 8 contest on Friday, February 1. Fivay will battle a Pirates team coming off a 52-47 non-league win over Central (Brooksville, FL). The Pirates record now stands at 3-18.

The Royal Knights (1-18) will now prepare for their contest against Hudson (Hudson, FL). The Cobras come into the 6A District 8 contest with a 3-14 record. In their last contest, Hudson was defeated by Wesley Chapel (Wesley Chapel, FL), 86-42, in a league contest.
