Indiana High School Basketball - Covenant Christian crushes Triton Central

Covenant Christian Warriors (Indianapolis, IN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Triton Central Tigers (Fairland, IN), 51-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Covenant Christian upgrades its record to 14-5 on the season. The Warriors travel to Speedway (Speedway, IN) to play the Sparkplugs in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 21. The Sparkplugs go into the bout with a record of 4-13. Speedway lost 68-21 in their recent league bout against Beech Grove (Beech Grove, IN)

Next up, the Tigers play the Cathedral Fighting Irish (Indianapolis, IN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 22. Triton Central will attempt to upgrade on its 11-7 season record. The Fighting Irish go into the bout with a 12-8 record after their 66-55 non-league win over Lafayette Central Catholic (Lafayette, IN).
